Description

  • Manage the commercial relationship with partners through frequent contact, weekly and monthly visits, and regular meetings.
  • Train, motivate, and support partners’ sales teams on products, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Participate in commercial meetings, account openings, and deal-closing support.
  • Develop business by managing the full pipeline, following up on opportunities, and identifying growth potential across partner portfolios.
  • Drive farming strategies on the active portfolio to maximize growth and cross-selling.
  • Work the inactive portfolio to reduce attrition and recover clients.
  • Maintain presence with clients and prospects through visits, value proposition presentations, negotiations, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Communicate business updates, new products, strategic changes, and market opportunities clearly to partners and internal teams.
  • Perform operational follow-up, including terminal/equipment stock and availability control, internal coordination, priority management, and incident escalation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial and business development processes.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in commercial development or business development in fintech, banking, payment methods, or financial services.
  • 3–4 years of experience in account management and pipeline/portfolio management.
