Description

  • Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads as sales opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in a positive, effective manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Partner across sales teams to support territory coverage and pipeline development.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security’s product offering.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role; less experience may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to business value.
  • Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands while meeting production goals.
  • Strong drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and processes; quick ramp-up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Nooks, ZoomInfo, SeamlessAI, and Regi AI.
