Description

  • Find, pursue, and close business opportunities in the Middle East region through ongoing client engagement and capture efforts.
  • Coordinate trade shows, manage international travel, and track country-specific budget cycles relevant to regional opportunities.
  • Develop capture strategies, business plans, and execution models that support acquisition plans and program-of-record outcomes.
  • Engage key stakeholders to shape requirements, secure funding, and develop win themes and supplier strategies for competitive captures.
  • Drive product adoption and program transition by translating client needs into internal engineering priorities and milestones.
  • Support early design, experimentation, study, and collaborative R&D efforts that move nascent concepts toward major programs.
  • Grow existing business across Anduril’s portfolio by partnering with execution teams and product engineers.
  • Represent Anduril externally as a brand ambassador and communicate the company’s value to clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor buying cycles, forecast revenue, and inform technology development plans based on customer and market understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven development and growth leadership experience in commercial or defense capture and sales.
  • Track record of building, executing, and winning business capture strategies, especially in international markets and with Middle East customers.
  • Prior acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across a variety of roles and missions.
  • Experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, especially across key Middle East partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, minimally structured, "whatever it takes" environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations while maintaining strong interpersonal skills and executive gravitas.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including experience briefing senior executives and customers.
  • Ability to travel 50%–75%.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S., U.K., or Australian Secret security clearance.
  • Experience shaping and leading capture efforts in the defense industry (preferred).
  • Experience with FMS/DCS and direct international customers, including licensing and releasability processes (preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of defense acquisitions and zero-to-one defense program growth (preferred).
  • High-energy, high-ownership mindset with strong management skills and emotional intelligence (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, creative, and resource-constrained environment (preferred).
  • Ability to speak Arabic at an intermediate or advanced level (preferred).
  • Current active U.S., U.K., or Australian Secret security clearance (preferred).
