Description

  • Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage before the hearing date.
  • Contact attorneys daily by phone, text, and email to lock in commitments.
  • Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and meeting coverage goals.
  • Prioritize and triage competing hearings, making quick judgment calls on urgent items.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and coverage gaps with a solutions-first approach.
  • Onboard new attorneys, answer questions, and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Keep law-firm clients updated on hearing status and resolve issues before they become surprises.
  • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline records.
  • Spot recurring coverage gaps and bring improvement ideas to team huddles and meetings.
  • Set up next-day coverage and hand off any unresolved items at the end of the day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage many open items without letting anything slip.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call-center/outbound environment (preferred).
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (preferred).
  • Comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred).
