Description

  • Own and deliver individual and team revenue targets across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute the US growth strategy and translate priorities into weekly execution plans.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear expectations for activity, pipeline health, and conversion.
  • Drive pipeline through direct selling, strategic outbound activity, and local market engagement in priority districts and states.
  • Run forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection processes while maintaining disciplined Salesforce reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline quality.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to support retention, expansion, and strong customer outcomes.
  • Build senior relationships with key customers, districts, and government stakeholders in the US market.
  • Analyze sales and customer data, market trends, and forecasting models to improve revenue predictions.
  • Own regional RFQs and strategic bids, ensuring responses are timely, compelling, and commercially sound.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading sales teams, ideally in EdTech or education markets.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver revenue targets in a hands-on sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive new business growth.
  • Experience scaling sales in new or growth markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and pricing.
  • Track record of building, coaching, and holding high-performing teams accountable to performance metrics.
  • Data-driven operator with confidence using CRM and pipeline data for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Permanent, full-time role working remotely from the US, ideally based on the East Coast, Chicago, or Texas, with travel required to meet in person.
