Description

  • Build and manage executive relationships with Tier 1 MLS CEOs, boards, and large brokerage leaders.
  • Move high-stakes MLS and enterprise brokerage agreements to completion by translating technical value into business outcomes.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic accounts and expand key customer relationships.
  • Represent Restb.ai at major industry forums, including CMLS, NAR, RESO, and Inman.
  • Secure and deliver keynotes, panels, and thought-leadership sessions on AI and the future of real estate transactions.
  • Communicate Restb.ai’s product vision and roadmap, including AI-native, agentic, and conversational workflows.
  • Gather market feedback and objections to inform product and corporate strategy.
  • Develop direct MLS data relationships and help build a resilient, compliant data-access foundation.
  • Collaborate with Clear Capital data-acquisition and legal teams on licensing and compliance strategies.
  • Champion complementary initiatives across the Clear Capital and CubiCasa portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the MLS ecosystem, large brokerages or franchises, or top-tier proptech.
  • Active, senior relationships with major MLS executives, real estate association leaders, and large independent brokerage executives.
  • Detailed understanding of MLS data structures, including RESO Web API and data-licensing agreements.
  • Understanding of cooperative MLS rules and brokerage operating dynamics.
  • Proven ability to speak to large, sophisticated audiences and close enterprise-scale agreements.
  • Comfort with AI, computer vision, and spatial-data workflows.
  • Ability to explain advanced technology and product vision to executive and policy-oriented audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50% for executive meetings and conferences.
