Description

  • Set and execute a multi-year partnership strategy across Logistics, Retail Technology, and Enterprise.
  • Lead complex partnerships from sourcing and negotiation through signing and launch.
  • Develop first-of-a-kind partnerships in new product areas and international markets.
  • Build and scale a high-performing partnerships organization, including managing managers.
  • Establish frameworks for deal evaluation, partnership performance, and repeatable execution.
  • Influence Product and Engineering roadmaps and build-buy-partner decisions.
  • Own senior relationships with critical external partners, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases and communicate partnership economics and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or strategic alliances within technology or adjacent industries.
  • Experience leading high-performing partnerships teams, managing managers, and structuring functions for scale.
  • Track record of closing complex, non-standard technology or strategic partnership agreements with executive-level counterparts.
  • Experience influencing Product and Engineering strategy, roadmaps, and build-buy-partner decisions.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including business case development and ROI communication.
  • Ability to operate effectively without an established roadmap and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with software or hardware partnerships in retail, grocery, in-store technology, e-commerce, loyalty, POS, or adjacent ecosystems preferred.
  • International product partnerships experience, particularly in EMEA, preferred.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Base salary of $214,000–$271,000 USD depending on U.S. location.
