Description

  • Develop and evolve solutions using generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Design and implement intelligent agents and workflows based on multi-agent architectures.
  • Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI solutions with corporate systems.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and the evolution of the AI platform.
  • Implement solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Improve the quality, observability, security, and scalability of the solutions developed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and evolve business-aligned solutions.
  • Support the team technically in solving complex challenges and adopting new AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python for backend application development.
  • Solid experience developing solutions using generative AI.
  • Knowledge of agent-building frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
  • Experience implementing solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and system integration.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and collaborative work style.
  • Preferred experience with multi-agent systems and Agentic AI.
  • Preferred knowledge of LiteLLM, Azure AI Search, MLflow, or similar AI platforms.
  • Preferred experience with Databricks and data ecosystems.
  • Preferred experience with Kafka, Redis, and event-driven architectures.
  • Preferred knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Preferred knowledge of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and design patterns.
  • Preferred experience creating POCs and evaluating new AI technologies.
