Description

  • Target high-growth Shopify merchants in the fashion, beauty, and home verticals with personalized outreach.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer growth challenges, constraints, and priorities.
  • Present data-driven business cases that quantify projected ROAS, incremental revenue, and payback periods.
  • Navigate complex buying committees across Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close while carrying quota.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, agency partnerships, and ecosystem relationships.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Support onboarding and identify expansion opportunities based on customer performance data.
  • Provide product feedback based on customer needs and market gaps.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve the customer journey and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales, growth, performance marketing, or a related role at DTC brands, agencies, or an eCommerce platform.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience selling into DTC or eCommerce brands.
  • Deep understanding of DTC economics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Familiarity with the DTC tech stack, including Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify.
  • Ability to discuss email/SMS flows, cart abandonment campaigns, or retargeting strategies with prospects.
  • Understanding of promo strategy, seasonality, and customer segmentation.
  • Comfort carrying quota and being accountable for sales performance.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to build data-driven business cases for senior marketing leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to build your own playbook.
  • Agency background, management consulting experience focused on eCommerce or growth strategy, or GTM strategy experience in fast-moving SaaS, AI, or eCommerce companies is a plus.
