Description

  • Generate leads within a defined territory using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
  • Create email campaigns using sales and marketing assets.
  • Work inbound leads and marketing-generated contacts to introduce the full Caseware product suite.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound calls and emails to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at sole proprietorships and small firms.
  • Provide high-level solution overviews and value guidance to prospects as needed.
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales and development strategy.
  • Assist with marketing automation efforts.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech sales or a comparable customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS sales.
  • Understanding of accounting software is a strong asset.
  • Ability to use HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify opportunities.
  • Self-discipline, a strong desire to succeed, and a hunter mentality.
  • Consistent record of achieving goals.
  • Foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes.
  • Foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies.
  • Experience with sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads.
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening, and discovery skills.
  • Ability to map customer needs and goals to solution capabilities, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior work in the audit and accounting technology industry is a plus.
