Description

  • Generate sales within the assigned territory in Germany.
  • Drive business and technical value conversations based on partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead lists, including cold calling when needed.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Maximize coverage within the region and expand Veeam’s presence across target organizations.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity support as needed.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and system engineers on territory planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update the Veeam CRM system in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams, including channel, engineering, marketing, and field teams.
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with different types of people.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment and act as a high-energy self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written communication and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office automation tools such as Excel and Outlook.
