Description

  • Conduct outbound outreach and cold calling to prospective customers.
  • Perform prospecting research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
  • Track key sales metrics such as call activity, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
  • Support sales strategy development within the logistics and transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional sales/inside sales experience.
  • Experience or interest in sales operations, new business development, or pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, as well as MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects by phone and email.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset, but not required.
