Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and own new business development outcomes.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and in-person meetings when appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and record call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in Romanian, English, and one additional language.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and operating autonomously.
