Description

  • Report directly to the VP of International Sales and manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Drive, manage, and execute the business performance and revenue outcomes of the sales team.
  • Build a collaborative environment that supports team development, learning, and growth.
  • Develop and improve processes for account executive onboarding and ramping.
  • Prepare forecasts, territory and industry management plans, and growth plans.
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance.
  • Drive alignment with marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering teams.
  • Set the strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience selling a technical product; open source, DevOps, or security experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience successfully managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • Experience working with CSP marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Existing enterprise customer relationships in Northern Europe, including the Nordics and Benelux.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a growth or hyper-growth stage environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
