Description

  • Drive the performance of the Research Services business unit, including revenue tracking, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Set and communicate a clear vision and business strategy aligned with company goals and market changes.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support profitable, repeatable growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership on pricing, resource planning, growth investments, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients and act as the escalation point for important relationship issues.
  • Lead new client acquisition and expand revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Guide Account Managers and Sales staff on account strategy and client value creation.
  • Translate client needs into research solutions and service offerings that fit both client and business goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Enterprise Services to ensure studies are properly scoped, staffed, and delivered.
  • Lead and develop the Account Managers and Sales professionals on the Research Services team.
  • Build a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in general management, operations, or professional services leadership.
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L, budgets, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong background in client services, account management, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining quality and margin.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Experience closing new clients at Fortune 500 companies (nice to have).
  • Background in UX research, market research, or software development services (nice to have).
  • Experience scaling a business or business unit through a high-growth phase (nice to have).
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree (nice to have).
  • International markets experience (nice to have).
