Description

  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals across AMER.
  • Train the team on collaborative pipeline generation, consultative and solution-based selling, closing tactics, MEDDIIC adoption, and advisory selling.
  • Develop the team’s long-term vision and strategy while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Own net revenue and activation targets to grow Stripe’s revenue profitably.
  • Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s solutions around client needs.
  • Inspire, motivate, and support the career growth of direct reports.
  • Work directly with prospective Stripe customers as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a proven account executive and/or 5+ years of front-line sales management experience in technology, SaaS, banking, or payments.
  • Second-line management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and users.
  • Experience in payments or financial services is a plus.
  • Experience training, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to build relationships with strategic clients, industry thought leaders, alliances, and channel partners.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for Stripe’s mission.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build strong relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to work through ambiguity with limited oversight.
