Description

  • Partner with team leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs for Sales, Marketing, and Support roles.
  • Source and headhunt high-caliber candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and lead pre-qualification interviews.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience using competency-based assessment methods.
  • Coach hiring managers and share recruitment best practices with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify effective practices and process pain points.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition in a fast-growing environment and/or hiring go-to-market, commercial, or business profiles.
  • Experience in both agency/search and in-house talent acquisition roles.
  • Headhunting experience, ideally developed in sales-led organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and comfort working through challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and employees.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks using productivity tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems quickly, and apply analytical rigor.
