Description

  • Manage sales and marketing preparation for U.S. healthcare markets.
  • Conduct market field research in medical SaaS and SaMD sectors.
  • Research CMS-related stakeholders and public healthcare procurement channels.
  • Drive lead pipeline development for hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
  • Support onboarding, implementation planning, and ongoing customer success initiatives.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and customer expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with HQ on pricing, product updates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit regular business reports to headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, medical SaaS, SaMD, or healthcare service platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare procurement cycles, clinical workflows, and CMS perspective is a plus.
  • Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or digital health buyers is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is required.
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage commercialization environment is preferred.
