Description

  • Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies as a quota-carrying field sales representative.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share within designated agencies to support customer satisfaction and strategic objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and adjust account strategies with the account team to strengthen value propositions.
  • Build, maintain, and expand senior-level customer relationships across agencies and procurement processes.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee all account activity for the assigned book of business and own the customer relationship.
  • Forecast account performance, communicate updates to management, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Provide product demonstrations, administrative product information, and customer training as needed.
  • Collaborate with specialists and cross-functional team members to support account success.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing SaaS or cloud software sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative selling in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce preferred, or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience preferred.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and drive territory ownership.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
