Description

  • Serve as the global subject matter expert on Salesforce usability, workflow design, automation, and analytics.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce clicks, remove friction, and improve seller productivity.
  • Act as CRM product owner for Sales by managing intake and prioritization of new features and solutions.
  • Ensure the sales technology ecosystem works together in a seamless and intuitive way.
  • Promote adoption of Salesforce and the broader sales tech stack through storytelling, best practices, and real-world examples.
  • Build and deliver training across live, virtual, and self-serve formats to help sellers use Salesforce, Korn Ferry Sell, Highspot / Showpad, and mobile tools more effectively.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to design and govern dashboards and reporting suites.
  • Provide leaders with visibility into performance and help sellers prioritize the right actions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, Salesforce administration, change management, training, and/or CRM product ownership.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities, including reporting, workflow optimization, automation, and user experience design.
  • Experience optimizing Salesforce Mobile for field or technical sellers.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, ideally Miller Heiman or Korn Ferry Sell, and how to embed them into Salesforce workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and improve seller experience in a large, complex B2B environment.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or Showpad is desirable.
  • Ability to travel internationally 15% of the time.
