Description

  • Track and report key revenue metrics, surfacing trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and performance.
  • Collaborate with executive and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections.
  • Implement corrective actions based on analysis and feedback to address performance gaps.
  • Improve existing processes by scaling and streamlining systems.
  • Research and introduce new technologies to support the growth of sales and marketing teams.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to align requirements and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a process-oriented, analytical, or operations-focused role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to business problems; bonus if you have built or deployed an AI-assisted workflow.
  • A strong learning mindset and a hands-on approach, with preference for building working prototypes over writing proposals.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in solving problems that help small businesses succeed.
