Description

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks.
  • Develop and drive high-visibility initiatives to scale sales performance and productivity and help achieve growth targets.
  • Analyze and diagnose sales team performance and own analytical models and insight sources, including forecasting and productivity models.
  • Support ongoing business activities and create executive materials such as memos, slides, business reviews, and presentations.
  • Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate them.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of work experience in management consulting and/or Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Financial Analysis.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced decision-making, analytical, and logical reasoning skills with the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly.
  • Kind, collaborative, and comfortable working with many different teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep comfort with analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Databricks, or willingness to expand the skill set.
  • Experience working with executives and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to improve efficiencies and drive growth.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Insatiable drive and commitment to personal growth (preferred).
  • High intellectual curiosity and honesty, with enthusiasm for debating ideas (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the evolving AI tool environment and curiosity to experiment with using AI to solve problems (preferred).

  • Annual base salary range of $106,802.50 to $161,550 USD.
