Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the full top-of-funnel and optimize performance for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly and act as the team’s resident expert on emerging tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to provide the tooling and data needed to close deals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep things simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have).
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have).

  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.
