Description

  • Lead regional SDR teams through influence, mentorship, and expertise without direct line management responsibility.
  • Provide structured onboarding, coaching, training, and playbooks for new and existing SDR team members across regions.
  • Support recruitment for new team members when needed.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through individual contribution and strategic campaign support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between regional SDR teams to ensure consistent messaging, approach, and performance standards.
  • Define, track, and report on SDR KPIs including pipeline generated, conversion rates, activity metrics, and best-practice adoption.
  • Use Salesforce to maintain accurate, relevant reporting and manage CRM data.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot new technologies and process improvements for the SDR function.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and marketing teams on promotional campaigns, content ideas, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, social media, and events to identify decision makers and build the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or senior SDR capacity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized outreach at scale.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence without direct line management authority.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting sales data, building reports, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Nice to have: experience in the accounting or audit industry, familiarity with Caseware’s product suite, experience leading global or multi-regional teams, a degree in Business or Marketing, or ISM sales training certification.
