Description

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain customer-facing cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and OVH Cloud.
  • Own end-to-end SIP telephony integrations for customer deployments, including SIP trunks, carriers, PBX systems, SBCs, and CCaaS platforms.
  • Design reliable call paths that balance latency, audio quality, reliability, and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve telephony, routing, and connectivity issues across customer environments.
  • Support high availability, low-latency, and resilient real-time voice and conversational AI services.
  • Partner with Delivery and Professional Services teams to support customer onboarding, proof-of-concept work, and production go-lives.
  • Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure, telephony, and connectivity incidents.
  • Perform system administration tasks including patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, user and access management, and capacity planning.
  • Harden systems, support compliance efforts, and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and integration guides.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in System Administration, DevOps, VoIP/telephony engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SIP-based integrations, SIP trunking, call routing concepts, and troubleshooting in enterprise network environments.
  • Strong Linux administration skills on Ubuntu, Debian, or CentOS, including Bash and Python or similar scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS, including compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
  • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and structured incident management.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, and NAT.
  • Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
  • Preferred: deep experience with real-time communication infrastructure such as VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, telephony platforms, or session border controllers.
  • Preferred: experience with SIP/VoIP diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, sngrep, or SIP tracing.
  • Preferred: experience supporting conversational AI, contact center, CCaaS, or speech technology platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Twilio, or Vonage.
  • Preferred: exposure to database administration and message queues, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
  • Preferred: familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR in a SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator, CKA, LPIC, or RHCSA.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, ideally in a multinational organization.
