Description

  • Shape product direction by clarifying the market problem, target audience, differentiated value, and urgency of the opportunity.
  • Define early positioning and narrative for new products, including AI capabilities, and translate technical concepts into customer value.
  • Create alignment through strategy artifacts such as PR FAQs, narrative briefs, and executive decision memos.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity by reframing positioning and roadmap discussions into clear decisions for stakeholders.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for major product bets from planning through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Own new product discovery strategy across in-product surfaces, lifecycle, web, and enablement, and track performance against metrics.
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to improve discovery and adoption through testing, iteration, and performance reviews.
  • Use research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform strategy, refine messaging, and make course corrections.
  • Build and maintain core product marketing assets including messaging houses, one-pagers, internal FAQs, and high-level roadmaps.
  • Facilitate executive reviews, incorporate feedback, and drive fast decisions across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, with PLG or hybrid GTM experience preferred.
  • Track record of leading major launches and driving discovery and adoption.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to Product Leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment with the ability to identify strategic tradeoffs and second-order impacts.
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis, content creation, consistency, and GTM workflows.
  • Deep customer-obsessed, insight-driven approach using research, interviews, win/loss, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives with a high bar for craft.
  • Confidence and resilience in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with competing opinions.
  • Executive-ready communication skills, including the ability to hold the room and navigate healthy debate.
  • Experience with self-serve and enterprise customers, Miro, Asana, G-Suite, User Interviews, product analytics tools, PLG tactics, lifecycle marketing, AI-powered products, and PR FAQs is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $222,666 to $261,960 for Tier 1, $204,110 to $240,130 for Tier 2, or $185,555 to $218,300 for Tier 3.
