Description

  • Lead alignment across product, marketing, sales, pre-sales, enablement, customer success, professional services, value realization, and competitive intelligence teams.
  • Establish a repeatable and scalable go-to-market orchestration model across the organization.
  • Own product commercialization for assigned products or portfolio streams, including value proposition definition, positioning, and GTM package delivery.
  • Develop complete GTM packages that include messaging, sales narratives, competitive positioning, enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Ensure sales and pre-sales teams are equipped with the guidance, technical depth, and demo capabilities needed to sell effectively.
  • Align enablement programs with real-world selling scenarios and drive accountability for field readiness.
  • Partner with competitive intelligence teams to monitor competitors and translate insights into actionable frontline guidance.
  • Create formal feedback loops that capture field wins, losses, objections, and execution gaps and feed them back into product and marketing.
  • Drive organizational change by influencing cross-functional teams, challenging outputs when needed, and enforcing GTM standards.
  • Serve as a single-threaded owner for GTM effectiveness across assigned domains and portfolio areas.

Requirements

  • Senior executive-level experience across multiple disciplines, including sales, marketing, product, and pre-sales.
  • Strong operational and strategic acumen in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of building GTM systems and processes in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience leading complex organizational change across teams with competing priorities.
  • High credibility with field sales teams, product organizations, and marketing leaders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
  • Experience managing or influencing revenue-impacting functions across a broad product or solution portfolio.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence, field enablement, and product commercialization processes.
  • Ability to operate horizontally across the organization rather than within a single team.
