Description

  • Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, competitive offerings, and Bugcrowd’s value proposition.
  • Build relationships with CISO/VP-level security executives, procurement stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and manage a robust pipeline in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate ROI.
  • Represent Bugcrowd at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to generate leads and build awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships within a defined territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management.
  • A demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets, including a $1M+ quota.
  • Experience managing large, complex sales cycles lasting 6-12 months.
  • Ability to navigate multi-threaded organizational structures and sell to Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations.
  • Strong understanding of modern security testing methodologies, including pen testing, bug bounty, and vulnerability disclosure.
  • Prior experience selling crowdsourced security, bug bounty, or attack surface management solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools is preferred.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work remotely from home 100% of the time.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,800 to $160,600.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus program or commission plan.
