Description

  • Upsell existing card-only customers on Brex’s business account products, including checking, treasury, and sweep accounts.
  • Assist with Security Account Control Agreements (SACA) and cash covenants to help provide higher credit limits.
  • Manage customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor through strategic inbound and outbound sales.
  • Engage businesses across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing.
  • Develop strategic plans with cross-functional teammates to increase product adoption, AUM, and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Customer Success, and Client Sales to generate referrals.
  • Focus on ongoing self-development through daily training and enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in financial services, fintech, or early-stage companies.
  • Excellent communication skills for conversations with executive-level C-suite decision makers.
  • Experience carrying quota with a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year university.
  • Series 7 and 63 license, active or eligible for reactivation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Outreach (preferred).

Benefits

  • Expected OTE range of USD $132,888 to $166,110.
  • Potential equity and other forms of compensation as part of the total package.
  • Hybrid work model in San Francisco or New York City.
  • Minimum two coordinated in-office days per week, with three days per week starting February 2, 2026.
  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
