Description

  • Drive new enterprise business growth in India, with a primary focus on Trajaan and a secondary focus on the broader Brandwatch portfolio.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, self-generated opportunities, partner collaboration, and internal support.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solutioning, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Lead land-and-expand motions across strategic accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Insights, Digital, Strategy, Communications, and related enterprise functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by positioning Trajaan and Brandwatch to support customer growth, visibility, and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain post-sale engagement with accounts and partner with Customer Success to support adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify commercial risk and work with internal teams to remove blockers, protect revenue, and support renewals.
  • Serve as the primary commercial and contractual contact for customers in your portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account activity in CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales or business development role.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales, with SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and win new enterprise logos in a competitive market.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements with enterprise customers.
  • Experience growing existing client relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal ownership.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling, negotiation, influencing, and value-based solution selling.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional Indian regional language capability is an advantage.
  • Deep interest in or knowledge of search intelligence, digital intelligence, consumer insights, social media, marketing technology, or customer experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and 6Sense or similar.
  • Nice to have: experience selling search intelligence, consumer intelligence, marcom, or insights-focused solutions; enterprise selling experience in India; familiarity with Sandler, BANT, MEDDPICC, or similar methodologies; experience with partner or reseller ecosystems.
