Description

  • Own and deliver against an annual revenue target for Bounteous’ Adobe-related portfolio.
  • Generate and build pipeline through outbound prospecting, Adobe partner collaboration, and market engagement.
  • Partner with Adobe sales and alliance teams to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through solutioning, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Develop differentiated win strategies aligned with client priorities and Bounteous capabilities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across marketing, digital, and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate Bounteous’ value into business outcomes and transformation impact for clients.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and strategic points of view for competitive pursuits.
  • Collaborate with strategy, experience, engineering, and data teams to create integrated client solutions.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by refining offerings and advancing Adobe-related solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience in a digital consultancy, systems integrator, or agency environment.
  • Proven success generating net-new business and closing complex deals, typically $1M+.
  • Experience selling Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable digital experience platforms strongly preferred.
  • Background in a partner-led or alliance-driven sales model.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation across strategy, experience, data, and technology delivery.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and standard business productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover client needs and develop differentiated solutions.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $165,000 to $175,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for Bounteous’ Business Development Commission plan.
  • Remote work in the United States.
