Description

  • Define QA strategies, standards, quality gates, and testing processes for AEM projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of QA engineers and approve test artifacts before execution.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scenarios, traceability matrices, and coverage in AgileTest.
  • Test AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless implementations, workflows, Dispatcher behavior, integrations, and content delivery across environments.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, UAT, responsive, and production validation testing.
  • Design and maintain automated UI, API, and regression frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Validate REST, GraphQL, and microservice integrations using Postman, Swagger, and REST Assured.
  • Perform Figma-based UI/UX validation and accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, and related standards.
  • Manage defects in JIRA, track quality metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, report status, and support release sign-offs.
  • Promote information security, assess risks, and help ensure privacy and data-protection controls throughout the information lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Sites, Assets, Forms, Author/Publish environments, Dispatcher, workflows, and content management.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing, including Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured; experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, plus SQL and database validation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing, including WCAG, Axe, Lighthouse, Wave, ANDI, NVDA, Level Access, and Accessibility Insights.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, SDLC, and STLC practices, with experience working across distributed teams.
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Commerce, AEM Cloud Service, performance testing, SEO, mobile testing, and responsive testing.
