Description

  • Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation.
  • Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design and implement unified customer profiles, identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation.
  • Architect batch and streaming data ingestion and API-based, event-driven integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Design and maintain XDM schemas and data governance, quality, metadata, and consent management processes.
  • Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Lead architecture discussions, review technical designs and code, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and troubleshoot architecture and integration issues.
  • Work with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of IT experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, or enterprise Customer Data Platforms in an architecture or lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Experience with XDM schema design, Identity Service, Profile Service, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and Java or Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience with secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Preferred experience supporting enterprise security standards, data governance, and information security practices.
