Description

  • Own the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, ranges, and benchmarking data.
  • Lead technical readiness for compensation cycle opening, closing, and hypercare in partnership with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday compensation integrations with Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Workday solutions and reduce manual, error-prone processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration and downstream integration issues.
  • Maintain compensation data integrity and compliance through audits, testing, and documentation.
  • Support global merit, bonus, and equity cycle execution, including data loads and compensation statements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and configuration.
  • Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
  • Experience owning global compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, or equity programs.
  • Experience managing data loads, compensation statements, range data, and benchmarking information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience partnering with senior stakeholders across global business units.
