Description

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
  • Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders, and provide functional and technical design guidance.
  • Facilitate client meetings, communicate complex solutions, and document decisions and action items.
  • Develop solution blueprints covering estimates, scope, assumptions, implementation plans, architecture diagrams, ERDs, and business processes.
  • Lead project teams throughout implementation to support accurate delivery of project plans.
  • Evaluate native Microsoft capabilities, custom development options, and third-party software solutions.
  • Produce design documentation with best practices and solution alternatives.
  • Support upgrades of on-premises CRM environments.
  • Contribute estimates, scope, and project plans for proposals and statements of work.
  • Attend industry events and travel to offices or worksites as required, up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE; experience need not be consecutive.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights–Journeys, and Project Operations.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Visio or similar tools, Power BI, Power Apps Studio, Power Platform Admin Center, PowerPoint, and Copilot Studio.
  • Knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, business process modeling, data analysis, project support, testing, training, risk management, documentation, wireframing, integration planning, and knowledge sharing.
  • PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification or another suitable Microsoft certification.
  • Effective spoken and written English communication, client-facing leadership, and nationwide travel availability; authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship.
