Description

  • Partner with Sales on technical positioning, presentations, feasibility validation, and RFP responses.
  • Lead customer discovery workshops and translate requirements into high-level architectures.
  • Design detailed solution architectures covering data flows, REST APIs, SSO, internal connectors, and iPaaS integrations.
  • Own enterprise integration projects from scoping through Integration Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Product, Engineering, customers, and partners to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex integration issues and resolve them within SLA.
  • Provide first-line API 2.0 support to enterprise customers.
  • Document project lessons, product gaps, enhancement requests, and integration best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and develop architecture evolution plans for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant, preferably in SaaS commercial or marketing applications.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft or Workato.
  • Salesforce and/or Veeva integration experience in life sciences or pharma is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce REST API, Apex, and SOQL is advantageous.
  • Understanding of pharma compliance requirements, including data privacy, consent, audit trails, and field-force restrictions.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles involving enterprise presentations, pitching, negotiation, and workshops.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders and enterprise architects.
  • Ability to translate business, technical, and compliance requirements into scalable integration designs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
