Description

  • Prospect and engage restaurants, multi-unit operators, and higher education dining operators within an assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize high-traffic locations that match the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Connect with key decision-makers, including food service directors, retail directors, owners, franchise operators, and multi-unit operators.
  • Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and in-person meetings to advance opportunities.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline to consistently meet quota.
  • Close new machine placements that meet financial and operational qualification criteria.
  • Work primarily remotely using outbound calling, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Travel into the territory approximately 25% of the time for site visits, qualification, executive alignment, and deal advancement.
  • Own the sales cycle from first touch through signed agreement.
  • Partner with internal teams to secure installation dates and ensure sites are ready for contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B net-new sales experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant technology.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid inside/field sales model.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory approximately 25%.
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of ROI, payback, and margin impact.
  • Self-starter who can build pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
  • High accountability, organization, and a process-oriented approach.
  • Competitive and goal-driven mindset.
