Description

  • Drive new business opportunities across assigned categories, including F500 brands, agencies, and territories.
  • Develop and sell packages that combine media, content, and creative services for brands and agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to support sales efforts.
  • Access and close business with executive leadership at target accounts.
  • Negotiate high-level deals and keep multiple opportunities moving through the sales process.
  • Provide accurate pipeline updates, forecasts, and deal-status documentation.
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and bring market insights back to the team.
  • Collaborate on reimagining and supporting new deals before they are formally in front of you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in video or digital ad sales.
  • Experience selling media, sponsorships, and content to partners.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to access and close business with executive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work quickly.
  • Self-disciplined pipeline management and goal attainment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs, with accurate pipeline updates and forecasts.
  • Ability to negotiate at a high level and maintain documentation across multiple deal statuses.
  • Growth mindset and interest in scaling with a fast-growing company.
  • Remote candidate preferred in markets where many brand partners are located, especially Los Angeles or New York City.
