Description

  • Carry a revenue quota and meet or exceed sales targets within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-level customer contacts.
  • Manage contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells within strategic SLED accounts.
  • Expand accounts across additional business units and geographies.
  • Use strategic selling motions to develop relationships across existing and new stakeholders within an account.
  • Conduct regular technical discussions and quarterly business reviews to define business and technical goals.
  • Maintain a structured cadence with named accounts, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot issues, and close deals.
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing their businesses against password-related breaches.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned customers to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
  • Perform data-driven portfolio analysis to prioritize opportunity and risk, then renew and expand contracts.
  • Create and present technical solutions to the C-suite and executive boards.
  • Travel locally and nationally to customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle or strategic growth SaaS sales.
  • Experience growing strategic accounts in the SLED space is required.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity or IAM industry is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of identity management software, including SSO and directory tools, implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Experience selling to SLED organizations, C-level executives, and IT/cybersecurity executives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently while remaining a team player.
