Description

  • Build, lead, and scale the global sales motion for new customer acquisition and product expansion.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, automation, and performance metrics to support predictable pipeline growth.
  • Coach and manage SDRs and AEs with a focus on accountability, deal quality, and quota attainment.
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting, including ICP definition, outbound strategy optimization, and CRM reporting.
  • Personally engage on key strategic opportunities and close important deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue activation and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish centralized sales assets, dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Create a roadmap for future hiring and team expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs.
  • Proven success building outbound sales engines and closing mid-market deals.
  • Strong leadership with hands-on coaching and operational discipline.
  • Proven experience and a strong network in hotel or hotel tech sales, with the ability to drive opportunities through established industry connections.
  • Expert-level understanding of automation, reporting, and funnel optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with mastery of HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Remote work requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, and some travel is required.
