Description

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of 6–10 Solution Specialists.
  • Coach team members on discovery, product presentation, technical validation, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and team training to build accountability and growth.
  • Establish a culture of learning, performance, and collaboration within the team.
  • Guide the team in positioning Kaseya’s IT security solutions across sales and customer success motions.
  • Manage individual and team quotas through effective pipeline management and execution.
  • Participate in deal strategy and support high-impact or complex opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Own team forecasting and provide weekly performance and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to analyze metrics, identify trends, and maintain accurate documentation of activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or assisted sales leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Working knowledge of IT security solutions, including backup, RMM, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PCI, and NIST.
  • Demonstrated achievement against revenue targets.
  • Experience leading or contributing to a team that meets revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Experience delivering product demos and handling sales objections.
  • Ability to coach or support consultative selling practices.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
