Description

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Architects in a high-growth environment.
  • Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline for the Solutions Architecture team.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue, consumption targets, and customer success.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities including qualification, architecture discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
  • Translate team strategy into an effective execution plan that advances customer data and AI initiatives.
  • Develop relationships across Field Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Keep the team current on the technology stack and industry trends in media and advertising.
  • Foster team morale, collaboration, and professional growth across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives on data infrastructure decisions.
  • Review and influence complex architectures to guide customers toward scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in the data space with a technical product such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
  • 3+ years of first-line management experience leading technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and enabling pre- and post-sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and media agency ecosystem, including how holding companies are structured and how data flows across brands, agencies, publishers, and ad tech platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of how Data & AI drive value in the media and entertainment industry, especially the media agency ecosystem.
  • Experience hiring candidates, ramping them to success, and promoting them into larger roles.
  • Experience working across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to earn the trust of engineering talent and leadership through technical credibility.
  • Demonstrated architectural influence and experience reviewing complex architectures to guide scalable solutions.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $192,100 to $264,175 USD in Zone 1, with $192,100 to $264,100 USD in Zones 2, 3, and 4.
  • Eligibility for annual performance bonus.
  • Equity may be included in the total compensation package.
