Description

  • Build and execute outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Close inbound leads generated through the company’s marketing channels, including newsletter, podcast, content, and referrals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and report accurately on performance and channel effectiveness.
  • Refine the sales playbook based on market feedback and what is working in prospecting.
  • Own post-sale client check-ins during onboarding and after onboarding, and surface upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the strategic contact and escalation point for accounts after handoff to the Account Strategist.
  • Help build the sales department by hiring, coaching, and developing sales processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities independently without relying on handed leads.
  • Move deals forward through objection handling, follow-up, and direct closing.
  • Experiment with prospecting channels and measure results to improve outbound performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
  • Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business, not just managing inherited pipeline.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as Smartlead, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and trade shows.
  • Prior agency sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Existing contacts in industrial or parts e-commerce are a bonus.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce as a category and a fit for an opinionated, honest, analytical culture.

  • Base salary of $70,000-$80,000.
  • Year 1 OTE of $155,000-$180,000.
  • Year 3+ earning trajectory of $225,000-$300,000+ with a built book and team override.
