Description

  • Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities through HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services while building expertise in the ideal customer profile.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective customers and the sales executives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on outbound warm calling to generate MQAs for ABM and related programs.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and schedule meetings for conferences and tradeshows.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve processes, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the SDR Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets.
  • Hunter mentality with experience prospecting new accounts through cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and the sales process.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work with strong initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
  • Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for technology that supports and enhances the operations of first responders, with first responder experience as a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
