Description

  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for field sales team members using a defined sales methodology.
  • Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to develop the territory in partnership with field sales.
  • Manage marketing lead generation and follow up on inbound leads within the territory.
  • Use tools including Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, and Notion to support territory performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel partners to build a strong qualified pipeline.
  • Participate in training and enablement to develop cold-calling, prospecting, product, and market knowledge.
  • Work with leadership to strengthen communication skills and provide effective reporting to the business.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics for calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
  • Maintain close collaboration with team members and business partners in a highly team-oriented environment.
  • Travel up to 5% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of Enterprise SaaS or Security experience preferred.
  • Passion for helping customers solve security and IT challenges.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted resource.
  • Comfort working with a high-energy, dynamic sales team.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve continuously, and accept feedback.
  • Competitive mindset and drive to exceed goals.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, or Notion is preferred.
