Description

  • Execute 80–150+ daily outbound activities through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
  • Manage outreach tasks, cadences, follow-ups, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay based on Bluelight’s ideal customer profile.
  • Run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly and research accounts with ZoomInfo.
  • Write personalized outbound messages with clear calls to action.
  • Communicate Bluelight’s value proposition and handle prospect objections.
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and support strong show rates.
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on performance.
  • Meet KPIs for activities, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo is required.
  • Proven B2B or inside sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-maker influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outreach is preferred.
