Description

  • Plan and execute regional field marketing events, product demonstrations, conferences, and partner events across Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and implement channel marketing campaigns to and through distributors, resellers, managed service providers, and other partners.
  • Collaborate with direct sales, channel sales, enablement, product marketing, and corporate demand generation teams to build regional marketing plans and sales strategies.
  • Create, manage, and localize regional marketing materials and content, including brochures, presentations, online content, and translated assets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, suppliers, and event logistics for field and channel activities in the region.
  • Recruit potential customers and support lead generation campaigns for new logo and upsell opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance, including key metrics such as SQLs, pipeline, and closed-won deals.
  • Lead co-marketing plans, strategic planning sessions, and QBRs with channel partners to grow joint pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, alliance partners, account executives, and solution architects.
  • Review MDF requests and work with Revenue Operations to report on program efficacy in-region.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience, with 6+ years preferred, in field or channel partner marketing.
  • Experience marketing to, with, and through a broad spectrum of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and managed service providers.
  • Experience in enterprise software or networking technology marketing, ideally in partner marketing, digital campaigns, and partner events.
  • Experience working in a global organization across time zones and cultures.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to clone and update programs; Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience using project management software; Monday.com is used internally.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets for partner marketing activities.
  • Ability to analyze Salesforce dashboards and marketing data to draw insights and guide regional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Confluence or similar tools to document and communicate projects.
  • Located preferably in Singapore; Australia is also a possibility, with approximately 50% travel required across APAC.
