Description

  • Own outcomes across a portfolio of complex technical programs and turn ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans.
  • Unify cross-organizational dependencies into coordinated program strategies across engineering groups.
  • Communicate program strategy across platform engineering teams and robotics programs.
  • Define milestones, sequencing, critical paths, and delivery status for executive leadership.
  • Identify engineering bottlenecks, remove roadblocks, and adjust plans to support high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Build alignment and operational coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Shape strategic roadmaps for the robotics platform.
  • Develop and drive adoption of engineering best practices and development processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment across technical teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, including translating architectural concepts into actionable milestones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills involving large-scale systems.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience with systems design or technical architecture and high-level design discussions.
  • Experience in machine learning, computer vision, and/or robotics (preferred).
  • Experience managing data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, autonomy, or cloud-based full-stack engineering programs (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $133,000–$238,000 per year.
