Description

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs.
  • Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and timelines within client statements of work.
  • Manage program risks, issues, changes, escalations, and security concerns through resolution.
  • Enforce governance standards, KPIs, SLAs, reporting practices, and meeting discipline.
  • Coordinate funding, resource allocation, forecasting, and organizational change management.
  • Partner with client engineering, operations, security, executive, and consulting stakeholders to align priorities and communicate status.
  • Use metrics, dashboards, and analytics to assess program health and guide decisions.
  • Own client program financials, including budgets, forecasts, burn, and change-order management.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and operational practices that improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Identify expansion and organic growth opportunities, contribute to proposals and statements of work, and share customer risks internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of technical or business program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Significant experience in client-facing consulting or professional services environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and familiarity with waterfall, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, or other program management methodologies.
  • Experience aligning client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders and resolving dependencies.
  • Experience managing program risks, executive escalations, competing priorities, and ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data, metrics, and reporting to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior client leadership.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and client teams without direct authority and build trust as an external advisor.
  • Preferred: AI enablement experience, financial services experience, or PMI certification.
