Description

  • Own the creation and delivery of technical enablement programs for global technical audiences.
  • Translate new product and architectural changes into technical requirements, deployment guidance, troubleshooting resources, and limitation documentation.
  • Create and maintain implementation playbooks, API summaries, troubleshooting trees, checklists, lab scopes, and other technical materials.
  • Design onboarding, ongoing enablement, and strategic programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Technical Leadership, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, the CTO organization, and enablement teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical leaders, implementation teams, content creators, AI tool builders, and subject-matter experts.
  • Lead technical enablement sessions and develop audience-specific presentations and materials.
  • Manage the lifecycle of technical knowledge by reviewing, updating, and retiring documentation.
  • Measure program effectiveness using field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback.
  • Advise internal stakeholders and technical leaders on enablement strategy, role readiness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across varied timelines.
  • Strong executive communication, influencing, decision-making, initiative, and project ownership skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Technical Enablement, Operations, and technical leadership.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical product specifications and workflows into playbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration SOPs, and other field materials.
  • Legal authorization to work in the position’s country without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $136,000–$185,000 USD for US-based positions.
  • Compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Access to Google benefits for eligible employees.
